Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

This is a sample/template agreement provided to illustrate scope. Review and adapt it with qualified legal counsel before relying on it in production.

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of PropOrbit's website, applications and reports (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

PropOrbit provides analysis derived from satellite and aerial imagery and contextual data. Reports are informational decision-support tools. They are not a survey, appraisal, engineering assessment, legal advice, or a guarantee of any condition, value, or outcome.

3. Subscriptions & billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance; annual plans receive the stated discount.
  • Plans include usage quotas (e.g. active properties/sites and reports per month); usage above quota is billed at the per-unit rate shown on the plan.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel renewal at any time, effective at the end of the current period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: reselling reports without authorisation, reverse-engineering the platform, uploading unlawful content, or using outputs to harm, harass, or unlawfully surveil individuals. You are responsible for having the right to request analysis of a given location.

5. Imagery & third-party terms

Imagery and certain data are licensed from third-party providers and remain subject to their terms. Your use of derived reports must not violate those upstream terms. Resolution, recency and availability of imagery vary by location and provider.

6. Intellectual property

PropOrbit and its licensors retain all rights in the Service and its software. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the reports you generate for your own business purposes, subject to these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that outputs are error-free, complete, or fit for a particular purpose, including investment, lending, insurance, or compliance decisions, which remain your responsibility.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropOrbit's aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with law. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
